There is a 60 minute passing line plus how long the ambulance takes to get to the hospital. The reason for the other extra minutes is because some people live farther  away from the hospital. the three types of stroke are Ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, transient ischemic attack . these are all the different type or more like the main type of strokes these strokes are the ones that are mostly noticed and each stroke has its significant part to attack
